X-Chain represents our software platform for the integration of Supply, Fulfillment, Retail and Value chains into a congruent Merchandising system. Standard Applications in the X-Chain platform include those applications that are expected to be found in any product development and distribution centric system in support of the sales, purchasing, inventory management and financial operations of an inventory bearing enterprise.

X-Chain Platform standard applications include a Sales, Purchasing, Merchandising, Inventory Management and Retail Desktop Interfaces.

The Internet Presence of the Merchandising enterprise is comprehensive in the X-Chain Platform with user oriented Web Interfaces that are specific for the consumer, business customer, vendor, sales associate, retail center and operational facility.

Through tight integration of the standard and workflow applications in the X-Chain system, the Web Interfaces are dynamic and responsive as external and internal activities work together in the same software platform.

Workflow Applications in the X-Chain platform provide for specialized automation and integration capabilities that support a chain level and multi center product distribution environment.

X-Chain workflow applications include elements such as Automated Inventory Replenishment, Electronic Data Interchange, Store Receiving, Operational Center Logistics and Chain Based Inventory Counting and Adjustment.

Maintenance applications are those applications which support the management of the system and the workflow as a whole by ensuring information content delivery, accuracy and completeness. This includes Image++ digital media management, WebManagement web content delivery,

The Analysis Interface component provides a high level view of the activities of the overall workings of the enterprise and changes based upon the transaction and activities in the system and Web Interfaces, much like the dashboard of a car. This involves reporting in thr form of status reports and online reporting activities such as a dashboard function.
