Registration on our website is provided as a means to commence our working relationship. The process is very simple it requires that you provide your contact name and company information and should you have an address that is different than your company address you can provide that as well or leave it blank.
There are different registration pages for the nature of your enterprise, Customer, Government, Third Party, Non-Profit and Employment.

Acceptance is the process by which you acknowledge your registration on our website and accept our standard terms of use and working arrangement. The agreement is provided to you the first time you Sign-on to the web application on our website.

We commence work based upon an agreed upon framework or agreement as per our Legal Agreements and terms provided within this website or in a seperate agreement.

Workflow is added by our resources or your resources, projects and parties can be added at will to the online application. Resources will book deliverables and resource time, type, class and other expenses as incurred during the course of work.

The information is available via work flow reporting as per your format requirements (PDF, WORD, EXCEL, etc.) and delivered electronically.

This continues and changes as our working relationship continues to grow and we get close to our mutual goals.

All of the information recorded as well as work details, document images and digital media deliverables of any type are available by signing on to your account.

All work items or cases as we call them contain work notes, customer notes, Image++ digital media items (of any type or class) and resource time allotments as per the work provided in the system. A billing package is provided with several views on the workflow, by project, by day, by resource, rated and unrated and tallied on a summary view under a chronological cover.

We provide this to you electronically and the billing package is also available online.
