The system is comprised of server and client desktop application components which deal with the definition of clients and promotional programs, customer registration, points accumulation and points redemption. Supportive elements of the system include mailing and status reports, points account reports and the ability to search across the entire database for customer service and relations purposes.
Promotions can include parties in the enterprise at up to three levels from a reporting perspective and unlimited in terms of definition within the database architecture. This provides the ability to manage franchise locations, sales persons and the customer/consumer as an example of a multi-faceted marketing program which provides incentive to many members of your enterprises business transactions.
