Entertainment Center Management System

A system for the entertainment center which began with billiard rooms with a requirement for time management that could also control the lights above tables and VIP rooms. Quickly became popular with karaoke and specialty entertainment venues that required control over their billing, customer management, leagues, memberships, food and beverage, alcohol and resources.

Originally named BMS (Billiard Management System) in 1991 we provided our first copy and continued to do so for 50 or so others over the years until DOS software products no longer became a desirable item. The program provided for PLC power control via IDEC, Mitsubishi and X10 Powerhouse controllers, support for various PC based register equipment such as the IBM POS register and network support for multiple clients. The system found its way into billiard rooms, golf centers, karaoke bars and the like. Still in use today, support calls are infrequent and geenerally involve movements to new equipment and praise for the simplicity of the application. Surprising really.

Provided in several editions, this product served Warehouse and Logistics requirements for Inventory Management on pallets, loose loading and pick and pack operations.

In addition to providing for inbound and outbound tracking, inventory tracking and space management the product also served as a billing platform for resource, equipment and space utilization. A counter-stock edition also provides for small specialty item replenishment in a multiple client billing configuration where multiple customer inventories are managed in the same facility by minimal staff.

Inventory storage and distribution to chain based stores with carton label management and contents management.

A system in support of billing audit and management for courier based contract assurance. The product acquires electronic billings and audits the bills according to contract definitions built into the system from a relationship basis.

Adjustment management and tracking for courier based parcel deliveries with consolidation management capabilities for common delivery destinations.

Store Receiving and Inventory Logitics System

A client/server windows based system capable of managing a chain based retail store and distribution center network for the purposes of moving inventory in the shortest period of time to its destination and at the same time providing the destination receiving points with the knowledge and tools to manage what is inbound. The system is completely paperless, interfaces with courier company systems and EDI acknowledgement, allows for adjustment processing and in-transit inventory management.

The system supports cross-dock, pick and pack, vendor direct shipments and palletized deliveries in an electronic manifesting configuration and is capable of managing a 60K SKU inventory flow and multiple carrier vendors, warehouses and inventory classifications.

The system provides operational support for hands free scanner based operations, load scheduling and conveyorized diversion control to loading point at the application level in addition to printing support to industry standard equipment for bar code technology.

The foundation and predecessor to the Art of Commerce™ and Imageion™ platforms, CapeTown Enterprise Commerce provided merchandise management, Image++ document and image management, web content, web access, inventory, sales, retail chain support and retail sales for implementations such as Games Workshop Canada, Frank Trisi Sales and Your Expression.

The experience and capabilities of our past works were brought to play into a concentrated system offering which provided year 2000 transition, EDI functionality and sales integration capabilities and a platform for future project development.

A collection of web and workflow applications for the support of business relationships and fulfillment of work flow requirements of a transportation enterprise implemented at Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines Limited, and used by customers, agents and business partners.

Comprised of web applications, web interfaces for specific and general users, desktop server and client applications in support of imaging batch transactions and account and compliance reporting. The system was based upon our existing works with CapeTown Enterprise Commerce, the logistics and retail industry and support provided the company in its efforts to move from an existing UNIX platform with multiplexor access to remotes and emerging windows and web requirements.

Image++, Image Plus Plus, is a digital document and media storage solution which encapsulates all media classifications and types into a relational database environment for application in any business or organization.

The system is comprised of server, client desktop and web application components which deal with the injection, extraction and use of digital meda by both users and external processing systems. An ideal solution for dealing with large document and paper flows from various locations which are fixed or transient while maintaining appropriate communications and tracking information.

A system for the loyalty and marketing industry for use in points programs with a multiple relationship interface in support of programs and promotions involving customers, sales, customer service and other resources for the purposes of accumulating points and redemption.

Implemented at Triangle Marketing Group for the purposes of integrating the disparate marketing systems done an a client by client basis, in order to provide a concise system with multi-offered approaches to customer accounts and an integrated customer service approach to redemption.
